Hitler and the Jews is a form of a witch hunt by the fact that Hitler and his men that followed went after Jews and killed them. They made concentration camps and forced them to suffer long tragic deaths. Hitler and his men went into these innocent people's houses and either killed them right away or brought them to concentration camps. Jews were not allowed to sit on the same benches as Germans or go into stores, other then stores owned by Jews. If you were a rich Jew you might be allowed to buy your way out of the country. If not then they were stuck living in Germany.

I think that Hitler really needed to get a life. What he did to the Jews was totally inhumane. By making them have assigned seats in life was terryible. He didn't have the right to blame the Jews for all his misfortunes. I think he should have been locked up when he brought up the idea of persecuting the Jews.
The Holocaust was definatly a major witch hunt, even though the the people persecuted weren't magical in any way. The Jews were merely persecuted because of their religion, and brutally at that. Hitler was a terrible genious, just like Abigail who used power and manipulation to secure her desired outcome.
What Hitler did to the Jews was disgusting and he needed alot of help. What ever went through his mind when he was doing tose things to people something wasn't all there. The Holocaust was to me a witch hunt because they tried to find all the Jews. Then when they find them they tried to get them to rat out other Jews. So that is all i have to say.

Honestly, just playing devil's advocate, but still. How much does it take to say one thing and do another? I say the Jews were stupid not to tell the Germans they weren't Jewish or even go so far to say they have/are going to reform to a different religion. The war didn't last especially long, so afterwords the Jewish community would have been able to escape German control. My beliefs are enough to die for, but to keep living to spread them is even more valuable.

This is definitely a witchhunt, I agree. Hitler had no right hunting the Jews, even if he did believe them to be...life threatening? People who ruin the way of things...grr, I can't find the right words...but you get my point.

I did not know that all jews were rapist, robbers, and filthy. Seriosly, talk about lsd. Somebody should have gotten this man some white bread, taken away his rotten rye, because he was high as h e doulbe hockeysticks. Great example of witch hunt.
How can Hitler get a life, he's dead! Yes, I agree that the holocaust is a witch hunt because Hitler and his men killed millions of Jews because they didn't look a certain way. The Jews were persecuted because they followed a different religion and had different beliefs. He killed and tortured all those innocent people and eliminated most of them.
This is really depressing because killing people because of their beliefs is wrong. This is a good example of a witch hunt. I never really get why Hitler didn't like the way certain people looked. It’s wonderful to have diversity in religion, beliefs, hair color, eye color, and what hand they write with.
I think the sites you chose described this really well. I know this was a witch hunt just because of the mass execution of not just Jews, but everybody who didn't have blonde hair and blue eyes. I think this a really good topic to write on. Just because of the variety of witch hunts with the holocaust, this could easily be an essay.
This is another very sad story. Hitler was definately witch hunting against Jewish people. I think it's terrible how many people had to die because of one guy's view of the "perfect race."
Hilter is a diffcult one to pry into his brain. Being a veg and all. How could eating meat bother you when you're murdering innocent people?
Hitler had problems. I believe he was mentally sick, it was descusting, and inhumane. How could anyone do that? How could he kill thousands of people, children and babies? He needed to be shot. Anyone who tortures people just because they are not the "perfect race" should be tortured just as the people were. I bet he wouldn't want people trying to kill him because he had brown eyes, now would he? Anyways, no matter how much he wanted his "perfect race" it wouldn't have happened. People in other countries would have ended up fighting against it, and I bet someone would just have enough of it and send out a party to kill Hitler. I would have wanted to. This is a great example of a witch hunt. Hitler really did hunt for Jews.
